PEE WEE DIVISION
Silver Dragons: The boys did a very good job today. We ended our regular season with a tie game against a very tough team. Devon had a great carry for a long TD, jukking and stiff-arming his way into the end zone. He also had a couple of big hits as DE. Ty Stevens was in on a bunch of big tackles today at CB and also blocked very well on the inside of the O line. Noah was solid today. He was in on tackles, and did great on the O line too. Blake was super at Center today, and showed big heart blocking. CJ did fantastic at Linebacker. I saw him in hot pursuit and making flying tackles. Mikey put the 4 pt stance in action for the first time today at Defensive Tackle and gave East Boca’s O-Line a really tough time. He did his job 100% and blocked well. Elan was a tackling machine today. I saw 2 huge hits! And he fought hard on that line every play for our Offense. Max had a big carry up the weak side, and was throwing the ball well.
Zack had a very solid game on both sides of the ball. Overall a solid showing Silver!
Pee Wee Orange put up 2 touchdown runs by Justin Mosley. Strong runs by Michael Molle, Ryan Kahlman and Logan McCauley. Defensively Gavin Romanowski and Ben Tabari played well

Silver Dragons 12 VS East Boca Chargers 0
The Silver Dragons are going into the playoffs on a high note after the team finished the season with a convincing win, 12-0, against their cross-town rivals, the East Boca Chargers. The team decided earlier on in the week to allow the second-teamers to play the entire game and have the starting skill players play the offensive line. The experiment worked out better than expected. The reversal of roles helped each player gets a real appreciation of the different roles each of their teammates play on the team. The moment couldn’t be any better than when the middle of the offensive line (anchored by typical 1st team running backs Christian Opalsky, Dylan Jones Lewis and Justin Guilfu) made a gaping hole for Nathan Alexis (typically the 1st team Center) to run for a score. The crowd could feel the electricity throughout the stadium- a statement that said the Silver Dragons was ready for the Dragon Bowl. Strong games were also had by CB Gabe Contento (getting his first try on defense), RB Jake Kagno, RB Danny Coehlo and DL Cameron Dunn. By the game ball went to Josh Weidlich who was a tackling machine, anchoring a defense that only allowed one first down all game.
